Practices at Nirvana Retreat for your worry-free stay

1. All protocols established by the Govt of West Bengal in conjunction with the Government of India are diligently followed for our staff & premises. In fact we are going beyond in some areas.

2. Our staff and all vendors are checked through thermal infrared scanning for fever, oximeter is used to measure their oxygen saturation, they are required to sanitize on entry. While on duty they are required to wear a mask and gloves. Hands are sanitized every hour for a minimum of 20 seconds. They are advised to maintain adequate social distancing.

3. All our public areas are disinfected with sanitization spray twice a day and all touch points sanitized at regular intervals. Sanitizers are available in all public areas for your use.

4. Your room is fully sanitized including all touch points when we enter your room for House Keeping Services. Complimentary masks and sanitizers have been kept in your room for your use.

5. Our Kitchen and Dining Area follows a sanitization protocol before and after every food preparation schedule such as Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. All Kitchen Utensils, Guest crockery & cutlery are cleaned and sanitized before use.

6. All fresh food is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected on arrival and again before preparation.

7. When our guests arrive at Nirvana Retreat, we have an established protocol for their safety & well-being. Each individual guest is required to fill up a self-declaration form, go through Thermal Scanning & Oximeter test. All adults will need to show Green Status on the Arogya Setu App for check-in. If you are bringing a Driver they will also have to go through the same process.

8. We recommend that Guests who are not known to each other also maintain social distancing from each other.
